When submitting a return request via email, please use the subject line "Return" and provide a detailed explanation of the issue for efficient processing.
Our Return Policy allows for returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. After this 30-day period, returns or exchanges are not accepted. This policy applies exclusively to original purchases and does not cover items that have already been exchanged.
To qualify for a refund or exchange, items must be returned in their original condition with all tags attached.
Please be advised that due to hygiene concerns, all earrings are final sale, however we are here to support you for any damaged items you received.
Although we offer complimentary shipping on all orders, please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
